Work Location : Old Panvel | New Panvel | Khanda colony | Kamothe | Taloja | Kharghar
Working Hours : 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM / 8AM - 4:30PM | Monday to Saturday
Additional Info : Responsible For Teaching Pre-School Students, Helping Them Improve, Solving Their Problems. Art & Craft, Nursery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Classroom Instruction
-
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in literacy, numeracy, art, music, and motor skills.

Use creative and interactive methods to make learning fun and effective.

Follow the curriculum prescribed by the school while adding innovative teaching methods tailored to each child’s needs.
2. Child Development
-
Monitor and support the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of each child.

Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction through structured play and guided activities.

Identify and address learning or behavioral challenges early and consult with parents or specialists as needed.
3. Classroom Management
-
Maintain discipline and a positive environment conducive to learning and growth.

Establish daily routines and ensure smooth transitions between activities.

Promote sharing, cooperation, and mutual respect among students.
4. Observation & Assessment
-
Observe and document children's learning progress, interests, and development.

Maintain individual student records and prepare progress reports.

Share feedback with parents during meetings and through regular communication.
5. Parent Interaction
-
Build trusting relationships with parents and guardians.

Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and communicate updates on student progress.

Encourage parental involvement through events, take-home activities, and newsletters.
6. Health & Safety
-
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic classroom environment.

Follow the school’s policies regarding first aid, emergency procedures, and child protection.
7. Team Collaboration
-
Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to plan events, field trips, and classroom projects.

Participate in school functions, staff meetings, and training programs.

Support and mentor assistant teachers or junior staff when needed.
8. Curriculum Development (Optional)

Contribute ideas and suggestions for curriculum planning and enrichment.

Integrate seasonal themes, cultural festivals, and current events into the learning schedule.
