Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Location: Spark Kids Preschool, Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Job Summary:

Spark Kids Preschool is seeking a passionate, energetic, and caring Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the intellectual and emotional growth of young children (ages 2 to 6).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Spark Kids’ curriculum and educational philosophy.
Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages learning and social development.
Plan and lead activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and language development.
Observe and assess student performance and progress, providing regular feedback to parents and administrators.
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the classroom and school premises.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and training programs.
Guide children with patience, compassion, and consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or any degree
Basic system knowledge is preferred
Prior teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and with empathy.
Proficiency in English and any additional language (like Tamil) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
