Technical qualifications
MS Office proficiency and certification in typing is preferred

Experience:

Up to two years experience in desktop publishing, word processing, data entry or secretarial practice.

Knowledge and skill sets:

Good oral and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and/or advanced applications e.g. CS5, MapInfo etc would be an asset
Excellent presentation and layout skills
Adaptability/flexibility
Ownership and initiative
Ability to multi-task
Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to proof own work

Shifts: Variable

Monthly Rotation:

Morning: 06:00am-3:00p
Afternoon: 2:30pm-11:30pm
Night: 9:00pm-06:00am (at least 3-4 times in a year)
