Job Description
Role Objective:-
To lead and grow the assigned international region Europe, ANZ, Canada & Afghanistan by driving revenue,
profitability and market expansion through strong distributor management, strategic execution, team leadership
and regulatory compliance, in alignment with the company’s global business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development, Sales & Revenue Growth (Ex India)
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales, market share and profitability targets.
- Drive portfolio expansion, new product launches, and entry into new markets within the region.
- Monitor regional performance against targets and take corrective actions where required.
- Identify and establish strategic partnership with potential customers for new opportunities as such out-
licensing.
- Prepare and develop business cases interfacing effectively by understanding business case drivers, including
key patents, possible launch dates, cost competitive, clinical requirements, market share, key competitors,
work on investment and payback period for CMO/CDMO products.
- Presentations and periodic updates to the senior management regarding the status, progress, and key issues
with respect to deal transactions – overall considered as review meeting.
Distributor Management:
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, agents, and key business partners.
- Strengthen distributor capability through governance, reviews, and performance management.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements in line with company policy.
Market & Portfolio Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competition, pricing, and regulatory landscape.
- Provide inputs for product selection, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams for seamless execution.
People & Team Leadership
- Lead and develop regional support teams (Commercial Operations & Marketing Support).
- Drive performance culture, capability building, and succession planning.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and high employee engagement.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for timely registrations, product approvals and renewals.
- Mitigate business and compliance risks across the region.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary interface with internal stakeholders (Corporate, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance,
F&D, Project Management, Finance, HR, SCM, Legal etc.).
- Represent the company with external stakeholders, authorities, and key customers.
