Job Location: Ambad Nashik
Department: Production Department/ Tool Room.
Qualification: 10th to 12th, ITI , Diploma in mechanical.
Experience: 0 – 1 year.

Job Summary:
The position of press machine operator/tool maker involves operating and maintain machinery to ensure safe and efficient production processes. As a press machine operator/tool maker candidate should play a key role in manufacturing operations, monitoring equipment performance and contributing to quality product output.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Carry out production activities as per instruction of DH.
· Risk Identification.
· Identification of context.
· Change control.
· Monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operations to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
· Conduct quality checks on finished products, comparing them to specification and identifying defects.
· Operate machinery according to established procedures, production schedules and safety guidelines.
· Maintain accurate records of production data, machine logs and maintenance activities.
Skill Required:
· Experience as machine operator.
· Knowledge of production procedure.
· Ability to read blue prints and manual’s.
· Team work.
· Analytical skills.
· Handle heavy equipment’s.
