Skills: Expert on 3D modelling (Cimatron software knowledge added advantage)/Drawings 2D & 3D and Bill of Materials
Job Description: Performing sheet metal Component feasibility study. Involved in Design and detailing for Press tool. Designing of die layout for stage and progressive tool Creating of Drawings 2D & 3D and Bill of Materials. Creation of Final Drawings fordie element and Assembly Detail. Engineering standards followed by selection of Raw Material for the required products Creation of Bill of Materials for Raw material, Individual Components and Assembly. Designing of press tools like as Blanking, Piercing, Restricting, Forming, Bending and Progressive press Tools. Through knowledge in GD&T. Leading all activities of tool design & development from conceptual through detail phases, post design support to development & Proving. Designing Tool for critical press parts. (High tolerance) Designing progressive die & multi stage tool Essential Responsibilities. Expert on 3D modelling (Cimatron software knowledge added advantage)Shift Timing : 06.00 am to 2.30 pm - 1st shift02.00pm to 09.50 pm - 2nd shift09.50pm to 06.00am - 3rd shift09.00 am to 05.30 pm - General shift Sunday Week Off
