However for his / her any further promotion in the cadre, acquisition of higher qualification as relevant to physiotherapy shall be mandatory, and these norms are applicable from academic year 2016-17 to 2020-21.
4. Assistant Professor / Lecturer
Qualification: Masters Degree in Physiotherapy
Notes : 1) * The candidate not holding Master degree in Physiotherapy but already approved / recognized by the Maharashtra University of Health Science as UG/ PG teacher for BPTh / MPTh (sp) programme, shall be continued in the current post till his / her superannuation as per UGC norms.
