We are looking for good candidates for Principal engineer sales on behalf of our reputed client which is located in Markal, Taluka Khed, Dist -Pune.

v Position –Principal Engineer Sales
v Reporting to- Head-Sales & Marketing
v Qualification – BE Mechanical / Chemical / DME (with relevant experience), M.B.A in Marketing is desirable but not essential
v Experience – 4-8 years
v Salary up to 8 LPA
v Industry Type- Manufacturing
v Job Location – Markal, Taluka Khed, Dist -Pune
v Remuneration-Commensurate with capabilities and Industry standards.
v Weekly Off – Sunday
v Preference will be given to immediate joiners
Roles & Responsibilities:
v Sales &Marketing of Capital Equipment, Turnkey & EPC packages. Achieving sales targets and other functional goals.
v Front-ending the complete sales, marketing, and business development with potential customers.
v Proactively generate and manage leads and enquiries.
v Gathering market intelligence for products and competition;
v Registration with intermediaries - OEM’s, process licensees and EPC contractors and set up sales pipeline.
v Technical study of the customer’s application & feedback, proposing optimum solutions
v Coordinate for offer preparation, review offers, submission and follow up with the customers till the closure of the contract.
v Support execution team as required post handing over.
v Maintain database, MIS
v Key Account Management.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Specific Experience Requirements: Products and Projects for waste heat recovery/ process integrated boilers, waste heat-based power plants, Waste to Energy plants, HRSG or similar core engineered systems, or similar capital equipment/ systems.
v Should have worked in front-end sales & marketing of Capital Equipment /Project/ EPC company with clear Individual responsibility of Order Booking.
v Ability to deal with senior decision-makers, building long term relationships with customers
v Capability to strike relationships, build a strong network and develop sales pipelines.
v Clear vision on profitability, commercial acumen, and Business Analysis skills.
v Strong Communication skills - Verbal, Written, and presentation.
v Willing to travel, mature and clear in the strategic thinking process and implementation.
v Ability to deal with Sales agents, representatives, and distributors.
v Good team player and Go-getter.
