Key attributes of the successful candidates would be :
- Undergraduate degree from top tier university required. MBA from a top program a strong plus. We are looking for folks who have exceeded academically at the highest levels.
- 5+ years of general work experience. Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or investment bank OR 3-4 years of operating experience in SaaS or enterprise tech companies is highly preferred.
- Direct experience in, or supporting, GTM functions (sales, marketing, product-led growth) is a big plus
- Prior investment / due diligence experience is a big plus
- Direct experience working on business and strategic issues in multiple markets is a plus
- Multi-lingual capabilities a plus
