Job Description

1. Managing PAM cluster environment

2. Upgrade and patching of PAM cluster instances based on new release from OEM.

3. Troubleshooting issue related to session recording, users access and ldap integration

4. On-boarding of users, servers, devices and applications

5. Interact with client on daily basis and organize monthly review calls

6. Work on enhancement of the PAM environment

7. Working alone with Security teams for any login failure messages

8. Discovering privileged accounts

9. Evaluating requests and managing exceptions

10. Maintaining documentation following approved changes

11. Developing and optimizing processes required to deliver the PAM solution

12. Troubleshooting performance and deploying additional components
