- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people
- 0 to 2 year of experience in providing direct support to end-users in Call Center/help desk
- Languages – Hindi (mandatory), Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam (preferred) and Bengali (preferred)
- Analytical, articulate, result-oriented, able to perform under pressure and provide excellent follow up
- Good organizational, interpersonal and reporting & documentation skills

- Answer calls and assess customers' technical/ non technical support needs and handle/route accordingly
- Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems
- Sort out non-technical and some of the basic technical issues based on FAQs provided – for these issues call back with the required information and close the issues
- Update customers about product line and service offerings, current products and technologies
- Liaison with back end teams for end to end closure of issues on field – includes Sourcing for hardware, technical support, IT operations, Delivery managers and Field managers
- Maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Call support database
- Classification of issues and root causes correctly and accurately
- Report and escalate recurring issues leading to instability and support rework

Growth plan
Our technology platform “Ganaseva” provides a complete and
comprehensive banking suite of services to rural and semi-urban
customers. Ganaseva includes a front end mobility solution and a robust
back end platform which can be the Bank’s rural core system. We also enable
last mile services (BC services) for our Banks by setting up an agent network
in rural villages.

Current context
We service 25 million customers on behalf of various Banks. Traditionally we have looked at only the Banks as our customers and not the 25 million end customers. Over the years, we have been busy in setting up the platform, enabling access to these customers to basic banking services and understanding the dynamics of each district & state.

an ability to reach & service 24 million customers, the possibilities
emerging are immense – we can understand their financial needs, work with the
banks to design the right products build technology & operational processes
to service the customers and make a difference to these people – an option to
