Role: PROCESS ASSOCIATES for Global Customer Business support Processes; Involves Process Co-ordination, training & interacting with business stakeholders & customers to collect and aggregate key business data per established SLA, Data Analysis & MIS reporting.
Skills:
- Strong Analytical skills and excellent MS Excel expertise for data analytics and reporting. Should be proficient in Pivot Tables and Charts.
- Effective & fluent English and Hindi communication with the ability to follow-up and ensure timely data collection from national & international Customers.
- Strong Process co-ordination and Customer engagement skills.
- Assist Customers in Data Preparation where required, conduct training and ensure quality data submission.
