Designation : Process AssociateJob Description:
1.This position will report to the Team Lead.
2.This position will require an individual who has a previous and demonstrated ability of success in
a. Using computers and internet extensively
b. Viewing ,Capturing and Verifying details
c. Respond to request for information.
d. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
e. Ability to handle and resolve problems
f. Enter details from applications and other sources, into a CRM system.
g. Upload files into a CRM system.
3. Should be willing to work in shifts.
4. Should be willing to learn new processes as a part of ongoing job function.
Desired Profile:
1. Good oral and written communication skills
2. Knowledge of MS word and Excel
3. Willingness to work in any shift as below
a. 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (Only for training period)
b. 7:30 pm - 4:30 am(night shift)c. 10.30 pm - 7.30 am (night shift)
Transportation : We will provide transportation only if public transport in the night shift is stopped.
