- Technical Qualification
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office, MS-Excel and Outlook
- Good Communication skills (written and verbal) and typing skills

- A process associate is an administrative professional charged with putting business transactions and other information into databases.
- In addition to performing the technical tasks needed to keep business flowing, they serve as the point people regarding the information for which they are responsible.
- Back office Data entry experience in above fields
- College Graduate degree in any stream
- Experience in communicating and transacting with overseas customers over emails and phone
- Good to have knowledge and worked in any of the following listed below:
- Claims: Loss Data Entry, Claims Logging / Triage, Claims processing and Liability assessment
- Policy Administration / Underwriting support: New business, Submissions, Quotations, Policy Issuance, Renewals, Endorsements and Cancellations
- Good Communication (oral and written) with clear diction. Should be able to communicate with business (clients) via email and calls on need basis
- Thoroughly follow the provided Standard Operating Procedures and complete assigned tasks within stipulated time
- Consistently meet predefined performance targets on Accuracy, Productivity and Turn Around Time
- Attention to detail, accurate input of information
- Problem solving skills
- Should be a quick learner and good team player
- Good typing skills
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office, Outlook and MS-Excel
- Shifts: Should be ready work in overnight shifts (US day time shift timings) i.e. 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (OR) 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (OR) 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Joining time: ASAP to max. 15 days.
