JOB CONTENT
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process orders through the online portal
- Collate the necessary documents using various applications
- Verify and update the information as required
- Enter information as per the data in the applications
- Modify and correct techniques as per the feedback/training received from supervisors or the quality team
- Adhere to the productivity, quality and timelines standards defined to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with no penalty
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Good typing skills with a typing speed of 30 WPM and accuracy of greater than 95%
- Good decision making and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of MS Office tools
- Flexible to work in shifts
