Job Description

  • Designation: Process Associate 
  • Location:Nirmaan vihaar
  • Process:US based process for 'Healthcare' and Telecom'
Responsibility:  
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service 
  • Describe products and services
  • Respond to questions
  • Identify and overcome objections
  • Take the customer through the sales process
  • Obtain customer information
  • Obtain possible customer leads
  • Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
  • Follow up on initial contacts
  • Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
  • Experience:  Excellent communication skills , 
  • NOTE -  FRESHERS ARE WELCOME
  • Shift timing;Night shift timings 5;45pm to 2:30am (one sided drop- cab)  Sunday off----.2nd and 4th Monday off
  • MEAL FREE FROM COMPANY SIDE
  • Salary:  (15-25 k)Based on experienced commissions + attendance bonus, Yearly bonus,referral bonus and others.
