Job Description
- Learn business processing in core underwriting system within the defined time periods as per separate Work Stream plan Training plan (Underwriting Services)
- Acquire detailed line specific policy and declaration interpretation skills (Underwriting Services)
- Gain knowledge on Property and Casualty Business
- Build up detailed knowledge on the underwriting systems
- Develop himself herself as a Subject Matter Expert and a role model on the GENIUS Global UI Property and Casualty products and technical workflow system
- Communicate in local language with onshore colleagues and directly with clients both verbal and written
- Lead Video conference calls in local language (Italian)
- Scrutinize Incoming and Outgoing emails in local language Italian Documentation of all aspects of the future processes in detail including system manuals workflows and detailed process maps
- Develop and maintain glossary for Italy
- Attention to detail critical thinking skills Cross cultural sensitivity a good memory and precision are essential qualities of a language Expert at XL Catlin India EOps team
- Work independently and make complex investigation decision
- Report progress and performance made periodically to the Manager
- Adhere to SLA s and quality targets set
- Operate process from offshore location and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements productivity turn around time and accuracy
- We are looking for someone who has these abilities and skills
- Any Graduate Post Graduate with 0 3 years of experience of Backend Operations profile preferably Insurance Underwriting Services (Fresher can also apply)
- Native resident of Delhi Gurgaon Knowledge of commercial administrative processes
- Basic knowledge of Casualty loss exposures presented by Fortune 1000 customer base preferred (Underwriting Services)
- Good communication interpersonal skills Strong Italian language and grammar knowledge verbal written and ability to understand Level B2 Advanced Diploma B A Hons Italian
- MS Excel Exposure to International environment
- Client service attitude experience
- High level of data input accuracy
- Strong Analytical skills
