What you will be doing?
- Make and receive service phone calls from international customers
- Respond to incoming customer queries on emails or chat.
- Be in constant communication with the customers/clients on phone and through emails & chats.
What is the requirement?
- 10+2/Graduate (Regular/Open)
- Fresher/Experience
- Must have excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Neutral Accent (No/Minimal MTI)
- Good Computer skills & Proficient with MS Office
- Willing to work in night shift.
