- Handling Outbound Calls regarding websites
- End-to-end customer relationship management with US clients
- Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well.
- Responsible for resolving customers queries and needs
- Solving Customer queries related to there Websites and SEO Listings
- Candidate should be comfortable with night shift.
- Should have excellent command over English.
- Confident while communicating
- Any graduate (minimum 6 months Experience in Customer Service(outbound Voice only).
- Must have Outbound BPO experience.
