Looking for Process Associate

Job Description:

Deliver high standard of customer service for travel domain clients .
To be able to upsell & cross sell travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions keeping in mind various SLA’s like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service.
Also to be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements, Handle calls and emails.

Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7(Rotational Shifts)
Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline or BE/ BTech (Less than 65% in Highest)
Language: Should be fluent in spoken and written English
Minimum work experience: Fresher can also apply
Specialized skills required (Travel): Travel diploma /certificate/ degree and/or work experience of any Global Distribution System (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
Specialized Skills Required (Non Travel): Good Communication Skills with Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO will be an added advantage
Age: 18-30 Years
