Looking for Process Associate
Job Description:
- Deliver high standard of customer service for travel domain clients .
- To be able to upsell & cross sell travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions keeping in mind various SLA’s like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service.
- Also to be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
- To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements, Handle calls and emails.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7(Rotational Shifts)
- Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline or BE/ BTech (Less than 65% in Highest)
- Language: Should be fluent in spoken and written English
- Minimum work experience: Fresher can also apply
- Specialized skills required (Travel): Travel diploma /certificate/ degree and/or work experience of any Global Distribution System (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
- Specialized Skills Required (Non Travel): Good Communication Skills with Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO will be an added advantage
- Age: 18-30 Years
