- Collect Production Data and Enter into Database
- Review of documents being received from clients against Bank checklist
- Follow-up with clients (on-call / e-mail) for documentation
- Escalate pending cases to Implementation Advisor
- Update SharePoint / tracker for latest status
- Handover documents to Account Opening Team for further processing
