Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Executives/Process Associate for serving customers registered on our site.
We are looking for fresh graduates with fluency in English, Hindi and any other language.

Job duties include:

Answering inbound calls from our customers.
Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions. Maintain online customer accounts.
Should be able to understand customer reported issues and help solve them following up with technical team.
Number of vacancies : 5
2 months training (stipend Rs. 5000 per month during training period)
Rs. 8,000 + Incentives from 3rd month onwards.(Oppurtunity to earn Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000 per month)
