Working Hours per Day: 8

Shift Timings:

6am-2pm

2pm-10pm

10pm-6am

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate would be responsible for working towards delivering the best & timely resolutions to the customers & lead inquiries on the business websites & apps of the company's global clientele via live chat & email.

Desired Candidate Profile:

●      Must have excellent written communication skills.

●      Must be flexible and adaptable, able to work well in rotational shifts.

●      Must be a self-motivated team player, who thrives in a self-disciplined environment.

●      Excellent written English

●      Qualification: Minimum Graduate( 12th passed can also apply)

●      Eligibility: Freshers may apply, Ready to work in shifts

●      Minimum 1 year of commitment with the company
