Position: Process Associate – Outbound Energy Campaign.
Shift timings: 6 am to 3 pm.
Salary: Offering upto 4 LPA + Limitless Incentives
Schedule: Fixed Morning shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as potential leads.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Follow up with potential leads as needed to nurture relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable energy plans.
- Explain the benefits of different energy plans clearly and persuasively.
