About the Job 

We “Solead Solutions” are seeking a proactive and personal caller to join our team. The role innovated reaching out to the customer, maintaining regular follow-ups and insure excellent customer engagement. Success in this position we means ensuring excellent customer relationship. Providing accurate information and contributing in our organization growth by improving customer satisfaction and customer base.  

Responsibilities:-
  • Make outbound calls to the customer and inform about the product and the service we are offering, update and follow-up.
  •  Resolve customer enquiry with updated knowledge.
  •  Built strong Appointments and Leads with professional communication.
  •  Generate Appointment while identifying customer concerns and addressing it efficiently.
  •  Work closely with the team to improve and engagement strategies.
  •  Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets as set by the management.  

    • Qualification:-
    Experienced previously with the same process calling (Australian Solar Panels Appointment and sales) are preferred but not mandatory.  

    Skills:-  
  • -Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • -Strong and active listening skills and spontaneous problem solving ability.
  • -Professional and self
  • - motivated.
  • - High convening skills and comfortable on long calls.  

    • Our Requirements:- 
  • Positive and emphatic attitude towards the customers.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational processes.
  • Self-motivated, result oriented mindset. 

    • Job Timings:- 
    Mon – Fri     5:30 Am to 2:30 PM            6:00 Am to 3:00 PM            6:30 Am to 3:30 Pm
    Saturday     5:30Am to 10:30 AM          6:00Am to 11:00 AM            6:30Am to 12:00 NOON 

    Salary:- 15,000  to  35,000  (Depending on your communication and experience).
