Job Title: Process Associate – Night Shift
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Associate willing to work night shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to reliability and productivity, handling non-voice tasks such as data entry, back-office operations, and other administrative responsibilities. This role requires basic computer skills, familiarity with standard office software, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Documentation:

Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, or software applications.

Maintain records, logs, and reports as required by supervisors.

Verify information for completeness and accuracy before submission.

Back-Office Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as updating records, managing files, and processing documents.

Support various teams by providing timely and accurate information.

Perform routine checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Non-Voice Task Management:

Handle non-voice operations including data processing, form filling, and email communication.
