Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduates and Post Graduates (Non Engineering) with 50% or above throughout academics and No Backlogs
- B.E/B.Tech, BSC, BCA only 2018 and 2019 are eligible if interested to work in BPO non voice process
- 0-3 years experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work profile would be for Insurance/Finance related process.
- All processes are non-voice and back end operations
- Employee will be interacting only with clients and not customers using computers and internet extensively.
- Working on web-based applications
- Viewing and capturing details on system
- Using computers and internet extensively
- non-voice and back end operations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Are good team players, independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self motivated and able to adapt in new challenges
- Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA
- Viewing and capturing details on system
Skills and Competencies:
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Logical reasoning
- Basic knowledge in insurance or finance
Work Location: Bangalore & Shimoga
Salary:
- Bangalore - INR 2,25,000 Per Annum + Shift Allowance of Rs.7000 per month for working in US shift
- Shimoga - INR 2,13,000 Per Annum + Shift allowance applicable working during US shift
Shifts: Willingness to work in any shift
Other Benefits:
- Free Transportation when we start working from office restricted to 18 Kms radius from Gallagher office
- Laptop/ Monitor will be provided
- Candidates must be equipped with high speed broadband with at least 40mpbs speed, broad band allowance of INR 1200 will be paid every month
