Job Summary: This program in called Examity. We provide proctoring services to recognised universities in USA. Proctoring means online invigilation. Students take exam online using webcam. We need to explain the rules to the students and monitor them through out the exam and provide assistance as and when required.
Job responsibilities: Exam - Proctor examination as and when scheduled either through automated roster or manual schedules.
Student - Help students complete the prerequisites of the exam. Validate and verify the identity of the student before the examination.
MIS - To participate in weekly review meetings reviewing the proctoring performance and carefully note the improvements noted during the meeting and implement them accordingly.
Training - To be able to fully understand the software and ensure proper training is provided to the team of assistant proctors.
Technical Support - Report any technical issues during the exam to the technical support team with full details.
Customer support - Provide efficient customer service to the students and clients by using the business provided customer support tools. The tools includes chat and email support.
Skillset: Excellent communication skills.

Additional info:- Home pick up and drop provided.- Candidates should be willing to operate in night shifts.- An additional 6000/- per month will be given to candidates who are opting for self commute.
