Identifying and Assessing Training Needs (independently or interdependently conduct TNA/TNI)
Coordinate with LnD team for completion of training programs, esp NA BPO CPP
Develop Training Digitization plan, for process training
Conduct Surveys and Independent process Knowledge Checks
Research on latest training trends and suggest implementation, if needed
Revamp internal training programs
Contribute actively in designing and executing skill set mapping of employees across processes

Requirements For This Role Include

Must have clear understanding of training as a function and the ability to analyze and optimize an existing training plan
Must be comfortable with LMS, any learning tool, and should have prior experience in content development and content digitization
Needs to be creative and innovative in terms of implementing latest trends in learning and development
Must be a team player and should be able to coordinate with various teams across processes and business, ensuring smooth execution

Points To Empha

Should have at least 3-4 years? experience in training
Should have at least 2 years of experience in content development
Should have worked on LMS, and various learning tools for 3 years
Ability to analyze training plan and training methodology
Graduation: Any, PG: MBA preferred, good knowledge of communication and functional English

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 17:30pm to 5:30am IST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend?s basis business requirement.
