Process Engineer Jobs Opening in Client of Teamlease at Delhi
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process planning, Interaction with customers, Layout planning, Knowledge of MES system.
- Knowledge and hands on Experience in Cycle Time Study with MOST and Assembly line Line Balancing.
- Good in Critical Thinking, Excellent Problem-Solving Skills, Excellent Analytical Skills, Strive for Excellence. Ability to communicate and present.
- Knowledge and experience in Lean/Six-Sigma/TPM/Continuous Improvement/TQM.
- Project inputs form Cycle Time and Line balancing point of view in the areas of process design & plant layout, manpower assessment, automation proposals.
- Conduct Process Study for improvements and developing performance monitoring systems.
- Develop logics or Provide assembly flow Inputs to programming team for MES development.
- Co-ordinate with CFT and Customer to execute projects in smooth manner.
- Act as Internal customer for the projects and taking whole responsibility for trials of machines and its readiness for buy-off's.
- Co-ordinate with Commissioning team for Assembly readiness and line prove out.
