Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: JD is attached for your reference.

We are looking for a Process Engineer  to join the Manufacturing Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Process Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Manesar.

Your Responsibilities will be:

·  Support Program Manager in Offer and Initiative definition and Monitoring providing and continuously updating Industrial Cost and CAPEX 

·  Assure the manufacturability of new products working in strict collaboration with Product Development Teams applying  DFX methodologies and tools

·  Team member in the assigned Industrialization and Launch Team in Process, Tooling, Equipment and Lines definition, capacity sizing and implementation

·  Work with Plant Mfg. Team in the definition, the implementation and the monitoring of Product Change  Industrialization and Launch activities plan respecting the assigned Customer Milestones 

·  Support Manufacturing Project Leaders in the continuous Monitoring of New Product Industrialization  and Launch Activities

·  Assure the implementation at Plant level of Transversal and BL Specific Technology Process & Equipment Standard Guidelines and Practices

·  Assure the implementation at Plant level of the WPI Standard Methodology and Tools to New Products Industrialization Projects 

What Qualifications you will bring:

B.tech(E&C / Mechanical)

Other skills that we would welcome:

·  Knowledge of SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA & APQP

·  IATF 16949

·  7QC Tools
