Paragon is hiring for freshers having good English communication and willing to work in rotational shift.

Education: Graduates without Backlogs, 2018 & 2019 passed out
Walk In Date:16th Nov 2019(Saturday)
Walk In Timings:10:00 AM to 1:00PM

Job Requirement:

Any graduate without backlogs
Willing to sign service agreement for 16 months
Willing to work in rotational shifts

Must have basic knowledge in Digital Marketing (Net Savvy)
Good communication skills and knowledge about the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will join us and be trained on-the-job for a period of 1 year. You will learn how to
Setup, execute, track and deliver digital campaigns.
Generate weekly/monthly campaign reports
Process client invoices
Interact with the client
1. Takes up training on Concepts and other basic information on the client
2. Takes up training on Small type of Tasks and Reports
3. Regularly attends the Job Training/Team Meetings
4. Practices in the Test Campaign regularly
5. Maintains the Learning path sheet and reaches the weekly targets in learning
6. Regularly attends the Team Standup session
7. Updates the sharing process sheet daily
8. Learns the process in Salesforce and updates time and other things daily
9. Learns the monitoring process [Waiting on Engineering] cases and provides updates to the Clients daily
