Job Description
- We are looking for candidates for the role of Process Executive (Voice) and this position will be based at Chennai (Kandanchavadi /
Thuraipakkam).
- We provide Telecom specific technical support for our clients in
the US.
- You will be provided with the basic process training for your role.
- You will be paid the salary (Including statutory benefits) from your date of
joining.
- To become a part of Prodapt - TOPS (Telecom Operations Process & Services),
you should be any GRADUATE and should have
- Good communication
skills
- Good analytical
skills
- Should be willing to
work in UK Shift
- Experience (0.5 to 3 years in International Voice can apply)
- Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday
- We work for 5 days a week only.
