Job Description
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Handling In and Out Bound calls
- Responding to queries of Customers and give timely support when requested.
- Coordinating with sales team in generating leads.
- Fixing the appointments as per the convenience of the customer.
- Following up the customer as per the data time to time and fixing more visits on weekends.
- Preparing Report on visits and call tracks on daily basis, and send Daily report to my Reporting Official.
- Qualification: Any degree
- Salary:INR 1,20,000 - 2,00,000 P.A.
- Industry: Education/ Training
