- Experience : Fresher can apply - 2018 and 2019 Pass outs ( 2019 passed out should be immediate Joinee)

Skill :
- Should have Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written)
- Typing speed should be minimum 30 WPM
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Good listening and responding skills.
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
- Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment
- ESI & PF
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹8,500.00 /month
