REQUIREMENT FOR PROCESS EXECUTIVE:
- Contact businesses and individuals by telephone in order to promote the organizational services, gather information about the targeted and prospective clients, Fix up the appointments and scheduling the meeting for our marketing team.
- Contact to the various business verticals and private individuals by telephone to promote company services.
- Explain the business prospects through our services to the potential customers.
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customers.
- Handle customer questions
- Obtain customer information including names and addresses
- Maintain the data base of customer details.
- Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
- It is a complete office job, without any night shifts.
- Minimum 12th pass with good communication skill in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Fresher are most well come.
- 0 to 02 years of experience are preferable.
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Proven track record in a sales environment would be preferable
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate and experience in database navigation
- Knowledge of the IT industry an advantage
- Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
- Confident, self motivated and commission driven
- Friendly personality and team player
- Salary :8 K to 12 K / Month
