Job Description
We need a reliable, organized Process Coordinator (Female) to manage the day-to-day coordination of all departments in running the business. The successful applicant will have an ability to multitask with great follow up skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinating with the departments & providing information to HOD, supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Will be involved in assigning and taking delivery of work from team.
- Tasks management and timely deliveries.
- Managing multiple priorities
- Evaluates data in order to provide an informed, objective opinion on the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes to identify inefficient practices and procedures.
- Identifies potential improvements related to such noted deficient practices and procedures and provide targeted training in relation to process improvements
- Support day-to-day business process functions and respond to staff requests
- Assists in the creation, implementation and evaluation of training plans and materials.
- Conducts regular data audits.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Female Only
- Must be Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers and Experience Both can Apply
- Candidate should have good IQ, good communication and good knowledge of MS EXCEL, Google Drive, One Note
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skill in English and Hindi

- Systems/Process Analysis
