Process Executive Job in Alphanum Global Integrated Solutions at Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Objective: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Executive (Non-Voice) to handle operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills, excellent written communication, and a customer-centric approach to delivering quality service. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Handle customer queries and requests through chat, email, or other written communication platforms. 

2. Perform data entry, record maintenance, and documentation with high accuracy. 

3. Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate and timely information. 

4. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve quality benchmarks. 

5. Process and update customer accounts and ensure all data is current and accurate. 

6. Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution. 

7. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. 

Skills required: 

1. Typing Skills: 

• Speed: Minimum 35 WPM (or higher depending on the requirement). 

• Accuracy: 90% of accuracy level. 

2. Computer Proficiency: 

• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). 

3. Email/Chat Etiquette

Timing : 

9:15 AM to 6:30 PM(10 position)                

6:45 PM to 11:15 PM (10 position)

Working days: Monday to Saturday (Only Sunday off)
