Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets as assigned by the team lead.
Resolve customer concerns promptly or escalate to the concerned department.
Work with the team to achieve overall process goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge, scripts, and process guidelines.
