Job Summary
We are looking for a Process Executive who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and willing to grow with the organization. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with basic computer usage, reading and writing in English, and should be eager to learn new tasks as the role develops over time.
Initially, this is a part-time, hybrid role with a requirement to attend the office two or three times a week. However, as the business expands, the responsibilities, work hours, and compensation will also grow. This position is best suited for someone seeking long-term employment with stability and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry and Documentation

Enter, organize, and update information in spreadsheets or software systems.

Maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval.

Ensure documents are labeled correctly and stored in appropriate folders.
2. Email and Communication Handling

Read and respond to basic emails as per guidelines provided.

Communicate updates or queries to supervisors promptly and clearly.

Forward or escalate issues to the relevant person without delay.
3. Task Execution and Process Adherence

Follow step-by-step instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.

Maintain consistency in task handling with attention to detail.

Report completion of tasks daily or weekly as required.
4. Office Support (During Visits)

Assist with printing, scanning, or preparing basic reports.

File documents, organize workstations, and help with administrative tasks.

Attend internal meetings or training sessions when called.
5. Learning & Process Improvement

Participate in on-the-job training and shadow existing team members.

Understand new workflows and implement them under supervision.

Share feedback or suggest improvements once confident in the process.
