Process Leader - MI & Reporting

Key responsibilities:

Proactively anticipate internal & external stakeholder’s needs and ascertain means to improve data reporting
Ensure 100% data quality for all delivery & reporting
Ensure on time delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports
Identify reporting & process automation opportunities and ensure regular testing of the macros developed and deployed across processes
Identify and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Operational & Reporting processes
Have strong controls & checks within the process for accurate reporting and perform surprise audits for the same

Key skills:

Advanced MS Excel Skills
VB /VBA Programming
Advanced MS Power Point skills
Adequate related experience in field of MI & Reporting
