About the Position

This position will be responsible for instilling a culture of Continuous Improvement by leveraging methodologies like Six Sigma, lean and project management principals with an acute focus on outcomes. The incumbent will be own Design and Delivery of the Key business objectives and drive them to completion

Responsibilities

·         Work across delivery centres to ensure consistency in delivery as well as execution of Best Practices

·         Design Operational excellence programs with an emphasis on best practices and standardized processes to establish common standards across multi-country Implementation projects.

·         Leverage Data Insights to identify and implement top improvement opportunities to improve efficiencies.  

·         Define and Design metrics to understand and assess project health and way forward.

·         Design review mechanism to support operational excellence journey at hubs across the country.

Required Experience & Attributes:

·         Relevant Line or Consulting Experience in the area of Operational Excellence.

·         Experience in planning and executing performance & process transformations (e.g., comprehensive process optimization, lean management or service operations)

·         Strong problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills

·         Demonstrated ability to build diverse collaborative relationships across the organization.

·         Ability to guide coach and mentor others

·         Adept at Project Management.

·         Candidates with Certified Lean Master / Six Sigma DMAIC Master Black Belt or other similar certifications will be preferred

·         Candidates with the background in service/ ITES industry will be preferred.

·         Consulting Experience will be an added advantage.

Education

Minimum Qualifying Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in Business Process Transformation.
