Job Description

MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 TO 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RELEVANT FIELD. MUST HAVE DIPLOMA IN A MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL OR PRODUCTION. MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DAIRY MANUFACTURING. MUST HAVE DIPLOMA IN A MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL OR PRODUCTION. Exciting job opportunities in SAUDI ARABIA!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dairy Plant Operations:

Operate dairy processing equipment including pasteurizers, separators, homogenizers, pumps, and fillers according to SOPs.
Monitor processing parameters (temperature, flow rate, pressure) to ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
Perform start-up and shut-down procedures for dairy production lines.
Coordinate the movement of raw milk, cream, and other dairy ingredients through different processing stages.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on processing machinery and utility systems (pumps, valves, motors, conveyors, etc.).
Replace worn-out components such as belts, seals, bearings, gaskets, and filters.
Lubricate mechanical parts and ensure the correct operation of rotating and moving components.
Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities and service intervals.

3. Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in processing equipment.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Work collaboratively with the production team to identify recurring problems and recommend long-term solutions.
Escalate complex repairs to senior maintenance staff or external service providers when necessary.

4. CIP and Hygiene Compliance:

Monitor and assist with automated and manual cleaning-in-place (CIP) systems to ensure cleanliness and sterilization of pipelines and tanks.
Ensure all equipment complies with hygiene standards and is free from product contamination.
Follow food safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and standard sanitation operating procedures (SSOPs).

5. Documentation and Reporting:

Record machine operation data, production output, and maintenance reports accurately.
Log breakdowns, downtime reasons, and maintenance tasks completed in shift logs or maintenance software systems.
Assist in tracking spare parts usage and reordering to maintain an efficient parts inventory.

6. Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols in high-temperature or high-pressure environments.
Ensure that the dairy plant complies with local and national regulations related to health, safety, and food processing.

7. Team Coordination:

Work closely with production operators, quality control, and maintenance staff to meet production goals.
Participate in shift handovers by communicating key issues or pending tasks.
Assist with training junior staff or operators in basic machine operation or maintenance protocols.
