Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
Job Level: 2B, 2A and 3A
Role Designation: Process Executive [JL2] and Process Specialist [JL3]
JL 2B skill set:
· Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant course (B.Sc, B.com with non-computer science specialization)
· Able to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
· Basis knowledge on Life insurance
· Communication (written and spoken)
· Comprehension and analytical ability
JL 2A skill set:
· Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant course (B.Sc, B.com with non-computer science specialization)
· Minimum of 18 months’ experience in Life insurance domain
· Industry specific certification in Life insurance if any will be an added advantage
· Able to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
· Communication (written and spoken)
· Comprehension and analytical ability
JL3A skill set:
· Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant course (Accounts and mathematics)
· Minimum of 3 years of experience insurance domain and strong knowledge on US Group Life, LTC and annuities
· Industry specific certification in Life insurance (T-200 or equivalent)
· Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with client stake holders
· Able to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
· Experience in managing a team size of 10 - 15
· Strong knowledge on quality practices
Note: This is a US client and will be operating between 17:30 – 4:30 IST and hence you should be willing to work in night shift.
