- Role: Process Trainer/ Call center Trainer
- Experience: 2+ years
- Job Type: Part Time
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
- Salary Range:15000 PM -25000 PM
- Timings : 10:00 AM -7:00PM
- Monday To Saturday
- Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements a comprehensive training program for the staff.
- Training components will be geared toward new hires, existing staff and individuals who seek one-on-one assistance.
- Conducting refreshers basis Areas of Improvement highlighted from process improvement, group and individual call quality observation and periodic updates from the client.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available.
- Generating necessary reports.
- Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written
- Call Center Training Experience is mandatory
- Content development knowledge is preferred
- Well versed with Microsoft office- word, ppt, basic excel usage
- Relevant experience of 2 years (BPO training) required
- Keyskills: Training, process training, domestic bpo, Sr. trainer, ,Management Skill,Team Handling.
