JD for PROCESS TRAINER
You will be hired as Process TRAINER .A Corporate Trainer is a specialist responsible for increasing a company's productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to employees. They use seminars, lectures, and team exercises to update employees on company goals and procedures. Providing training and a trainer as a mentor gives your employees the confidence to work on their own. This reduces the need for supervision and frees up management time for other projects. You would be provided with handsome remuneration.
Salary Take Home: Rs.20000/- to Rs. 30000/- per month.
Job Location: Yeshwantpur ,Bengaluru
Languages: Excellent English,Hindi,Kannada
Job Role : Process Trainer.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in relevant filed.
Work Timings: Fixed Shifts (Sunday Fixed Off).
Age : 18Years to 34 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
· Selecting or creating appropriate learning materials for instructional purposes.
· Monitoring the effectiveness of training materials.
· Assessing the weaknesses and strengths of individuals and adjusting training as needed.
· Training plan
· Timing of different training sessions·
Qualification Required: Any stream Degree or 10 + 2 (PUC) can apply.
Having relevant experience is an added advantage
