Job Description
Process Trainer
Customer Service & Fulfillment | Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting process and product related training for customer service and hotel fulfillment teams in the Cleartrip office and vendor locations – within and outside Mumbai
- Process Mapping and Process Documentation
- Preparation of reports and analysis related to the conducted trainings depicting the performance trend of the trainees and areas of improvement
- Ensuring that all the required aspects from a product/process perspective are covered during the training and the learnings are effectively implemented by the trainees after they hit the floor
- Effective follow up with the trainees to measure and improve their on the job performance
- Training Need Identification
- Conducting refresher trainings as and when required
- Coordinating with the Quality team to get inputs and add value to product/process related trainings
- Conducting behavioral and soft skills training to ensure holistic development of the trainees
- Willing to work in rotational shifts with rotational week off’s – as and when required due to operational demands
- Willing to complete any other task assigned by the management with respect to training and operations

- Effective training, coaching and feedback skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- In depth domain knowledge from Customer Service and/or hotel Fulfillment perspectives
- Ability to effectively deliver and complete the training within the set timelines from training perspective and exceed expectations
- Excellent Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to effectively work as a Team player
- Excellent interpersonal and co-ordination skills
