We are looking for candidates who has very good command over English and with no mother tongue influence (MTI). He/she should be disciplined, enthusiastic, self motivated, self managed and proactive. Fixed US shift Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off. Freshers and recent graduates with excellent communication skills needed The candidate should be self driven, highly motivated, should have a hunger to learn, perform and detail oriented.

Responsibilities and Duties

Occupational duties may include:

• Obtaining referrals and pre-authorizations as required for procedures.
• Checking eligibility and benefits verification for claims, and procedures.
• Reviewing bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing information.
• Preparing, reviewing, and transmitting claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing.
• Following up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe.
• Checking each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount.
• Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
• Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.
• Researching and appealing denied claims.
• Updating billing software with rate changes.
• Updating cash spreadsheets, and running collection reports.

In addition to these general duties, an individual employer may request that you perform other duties that fit with your training and background experience or provide further training for new duties.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Claim Processing/ Banking Backend/Insurance/Backoffice
• Fresher (Result Awaited) Commerce/Arts Graduates with good English comprehension skills we can consider,
• entry-level position that includes on-the-job training. However, it is beneficial to have proven customer service and computer experience.
