• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors and service providers.

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and manage inventory levels.

• Prepare and maintain procurement reports, budgets, and documentation.

• Manage the procurement team and ensure adherence to timelines and processes.

• Support audits and risk management activities related to supply chain operations.

• Should have knowledge of MIS and be an expert in Excel.
