Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate the best possible pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Purchase Order Management: Process purchase orders (POs), ensure invoice accuracy, and reconcile any delivery discrepancies.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, track supply chain risks, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Inventory & Vendor Performance: Collaborate with warehouse and planning teams to optimize stock levels, track vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintain compliance with company policies
